Who is Agent Copilot for?
US residential real estate agents who need listing descriptions, follow-ups, and client messages written fast, on-brand, and Fair Housing safe, without editing an AI's generic output for 20 minutes first. If you've never touched an AI tool before, the free trial (14 days or 5 generations) is the cheapest way to find out if it fits your workflow.
Do I need my own ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
No. Generation happens on our servers, you never need your own AI subscription or API key. Your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Unlimited) is the only cost.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. Pick what you want to create, fill in the fields it asks for (property details, your brokerage, client name, whatever's relevant), hit generate. Save your Voice/Property/Agent/Contact info once as a Preset and it autofills from then on, no retyping the same details every time.
How is this different from just typing into ChatGPT myself?
Generic prompts produce generic output. Ours already know the property type, the buyer psychology, the compliance risk, and the right tone for the situation before writing a word, and pick the right template for what you described automatically. That's the difference between a 2-minute review and a 20-minute rewrite.
Is the output Fair Housing compliant?
Every generation runs through built-in Fair Housing guardrails, plus extra rules for higher-risk situations (mortgage/APR language, VA/BAH eligibility, age-steering, disclosure completeness, and more). That said, this is AI-generated content, not legal advice, always review before publishing or sending, especially for anything disclosure-related.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll see an upgrade prompt once you hit 5 generations or 14 days, whichever comes first. Starter ($19/mo, 40 generations) keeps you to listings only; Pro ($49/mo, 300 generations) adds client emails and lead follow-up; Unlimited ($99/mo, no cap) unlocks everything, including objection handling, social media, and property management. Nothing you've generated is lost either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
