Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Agent Copilot ("the Service," operated by Kaiflux) collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and phone number, collected when you sign in and used to identify your account and, where you've enabled it, notify you about new leads.
Content you submit: property details, agent details, saved writing-voice and property/agent presets, and the content the Service generates for you.
Lead data: if your account is connected to Kaiflux's First Responder product, names, phone numbers, and message summaries for leads that contacted you appear in the Leads dashboard.
Billing information: your subscription plan and usage counts. Card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe, we never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: IP address (used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention) and, if you enable phone notifications, a push-notification subscription token.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the Service: authenticate you, generate the content you request, save your presets, and enforce plan usage limits.
To bill you for paid plans and manage your subscription.
To notify you about new leads, by email and/or push notification, based on the preferences you set.
To maintain security and prevent abuse of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your submitted property or client details to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following providers to operate the Service. Each processes a subset of the data above on our behalf:

Clerk	Account authentication and login sessions
Stripe	Subscription billing and payment processing
Anthropic	Generates the content you request (Claude AI model)
Cloudflare	Application hosting and data storage
Twilio / Make.com	Lead SMS delivery and automation (First Responder accounts only)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account and saved presets remain accessible on the Free plan; you can request full deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure and access to it is limited to what the Service needs to function. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@kaiflux.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Cloudflare, Anthropic, Stripe, Clerk) may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
