Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Agent Copilot subscriptions. It expands on Section 4 of our Terms of Service, not a separate or stricter rule.

Try Before You Pay

Every new account starts on the Free plan: 14 days or 30 generations, whichever comes first, no card required. This is the real, no-risk way to confirm Copilot is worth paying for before you subscribe, there's no invented refund promise layered on top of a subscription, because you don't need one to find out if it works for you.

Paid Subscriptions

Starter, Pro, and Unlimited are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period has started, that period's payment is non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

How to Cancel

Cancel from your account settings inside Agent Copilot, or email support@kaiflux.io and we'll do it for you. Cancelling stops future billing, it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, email support@kaiflux.io with your account email and we'll look into it and correct genuine errors.
